Problem with quest tracker

Ok, I have a weird issue with the quest tracker.

First, the quest tracker works fine with my human characters.

However, I made a new giant character and it worked fine for the first few quests (including the starting ones before you get to the town).

However, my quest tracking has completely disappeared (doesn't show on the minimap or the pillars in the game world).

Things I have already tried:

* Put a check mark in 'hide quest info' in the options, relogged then unchecked it and relogged again...still not showing.

* Completely exited game several times with the box for 'hide quest info checked and unchecked...still not working.

I've poured over the forums on the official site and could not find any info on this issue..I have even submitted a ticket to Nexon.

Just from my experience, but the quest markers are a little...tricky.
They ALWAYS show when you're doing your beginner quests. They ONLY point at the direction you need to go to finish your current beginner quest.

Unless you hover your mouse over a different quest in your quest window (or click on a quest to open it in a new window). THEN, it points to the direction you need to go to finish the quest your mouse is hovering over (or have open in a window). And this arrow doesn't show up unless you hover your mouse over said quest (or have said quest open in a window).

That's my experience, anyways. Tell me if that worked.

Still not showing when I mouseover or have quest window open.

I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I should mention that the quest tracker works on all my other characters (which are all on a different server).

Oh...then, I'm lost. If all else fails, sending a ticket to Nexon might be your only bet.
Still, that is a curious phenomenon...

Have you checked the options dialog? There's an option to turn quest tracker and quest arrow off in there.

if all els fails you can just use the wiki for most of your quest info. i don't think i even use the quest tracker.

Falling back to the "Submit a ticket" suggestion now.
