    Oh cripes, did they seriously do this?

    Not entirely sure what kind of effect it'll have, but I imagine something drastic. In addition to that, I suppose one could say Windmill's been downgraded again, what with a cooldown of 6.5 seconds at best and all.

    Personally, I wouldn't mind the minimizing of load times (so long as they were done at R1 or above), but cooldown is just...it pretty much defeats the whole purpose of Mabi's unique fighting style, doesn't it?

    It's on test server right now so... there's always hope that it doesn't get greenlit.

    The no load times is a little hard to fathom without actually trying it out.

    Cooldown would kill wm. If you can't spam it AND it doesn't have invincibility frames, then would would it be used for?

    Yeah load time dropping is good, and cool down is bs...plus what you rarely see anymore is Dans, at least from my experience, i say make like 10 dan levels for every skill and the higher it is on dan the lower the load time, more damage, so on and so forth...wait...10 more levels is a bit much...i guess just bring in another way to upgrade skills or something...idk...

    I played on test server a little bit with these changes, and they are pretty bad.

    Imagine killing something with windmill, and knowing the next nearby enemy is using counterattack. Want to Windmill it? Too bad, you're still in cooldown.

    It was annoying, but not a deal-breaker, but I was only doing a simple Rabbie dungeon run where everything died in one or two hits, so I didn't even use skills much. If I was going to do a hard mode mission or something, then I'm sure the cooldowns would be much more painful.

    I like the load times going down.... but adding those cooldowns seems counter-productive no? I can't say I honestly us wm enough to care about it, but still, leave cooldowns for major skills like windguard and such, not basic ones. Wow 15 sec cooldown for Defense? How does that make any sense at all? Implementing these changes would, for lack of better term, kill melee based players or those who implement melee skills to other play styles. **Looks further down the list** Hmm I do like the reduction in magic casting times though....1.5 sec firebolt... 1 sec lightning bolt... 1.5 sec IS. That would make magic even more OP o.o
    I like the throwing attack cooldown reduction, because I use that a lot on my giant. The other changes I see are crap though x.x

    Current Goals: Firebolt Master Title, Fire Mastery R1
    (VERY) Long Term Goal: Have the strongest Firebolt on the server (eventually Fusion Bolt)
    Favorite Weapons: Ice Blue Trinity Staff, +13% Magic Damage Upgrade Path, +38 Int Artisan, R Upgrade Level 5, Raven Slayer's prefix Ench.
