cant download game right

So I decided to redownload mabinogi b/c everytime my human trans I either crash or lag horibly, weird cuz its only my human. So now when I download the game It says theres been an error in downloading. The game will come up once but after that you cant get on it unless you redownload. Can somone help me? (I've sent a ticket)

lets see i had this issue once on a labtop, try re downloading it 1 more time, if the game wont web launch, then go to the files and run it manualy as administrator. I had to do that for a while then one day i downloaded it again, and it worked fine.I am assuming its the same problem because if you click play on the web launch it makes you re download.

I didn't understand any of the "English" in this thread. However, if he's right in claiming that your problem is an inability to web launch, I believe reinstalling NGM should allow you to do so.
