    Will I ever be able to get them back? I sent in a detailed ticket to Nexon and they responded with the following:

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize that you had to experience this issue.
    I would like to ask that you keep an eye on the website should there be any compensation posted regarding the issue you experienced.
    Should you have any further questions or concerns, please submit a new ticket.

    Seriously, I lost a caped Hamlet's Costume... I have no desire to play this game anymore if I don't get it back....

    They probably think you lost it from the mass deletion. Just reopen the ticket. Be sure to submit screenshots.

    I got the SAME response to my ticket for items lost in a channel crash. I would REALLY appreciate getting them back, because my Taill 2h sword was one of them and I kinda need it now.

    I got an item back but it was sent with the MUGWARTS keyword or whatever it was usually I heared that people get the things back though but it takes a loooooong time.
