    Settings at the top of the screen then avatar on the left side. After that upload pic.

    settings at the top of the screen=>scroll down into My Settings subsection My Profile then their should be edit avatar there then click that. If that doesn't work I remember there was a requirement for avatars and signatures just don't remember what it was.

    Yeah exept he had 14 when he first made this thread and now has 19 so maybe their's another requirement?
