Character Lock-out Issues Resolved

Was that account locked out as well? I honestly doubt they'd go through all the accounts that were locked out and pick out the ones matching those requirements.

I have an account under a year old that got the compensation. I have an account from 2008 that didn't get compensation. I have an account under total 100 that got compensation. My multiple accounts can be described by various combinations of these three statements.

I guess Nexon had a list of people affected by the lockout, regardless if you noticed anything they gave you compensation. That is my final guess >.<

I would have assumed that from the start, considering the fact that it's compensation for those affected by the lockout. I don't see any reason why they'd provide all players with NX and AP potions.

I haven't even logged in since the lockout has happened and I got it. Maybe the lockout affected my account without me noticing... Maybe they just gave it to people who they 'think' were affected >.>

Maybe they compensated the accounts that had pets (technically) locked out too.

My 2nd account had 2 pets already, so I don't think that was it. But, I think there was a chance for a pet to be locked out too, and sometimes you wouldn't notice the pet locked out (But, pets count as playable characters so they compensated for lockedout pets?)

Yuri, you overthink things. If something was locked out, then that account was compensated. The simplest explanation is typically the correct one.

I never sent in any tickets and I got it. I use outlook but it's routed through MSN.
