    They were just background characters, girls that are into the east side guns. They are girls that are in Ikki's school. If you notice Kazu is the one who sells out Ikki. Kazu's drawing also sucks, my guess is that he was never ment to be a main character but it was worked in I also know why he always wears a hat it's funny xD

    I skipped a bunch because of the anime i only went back on a few things to clear things up. I herd there's a new one every week i think? Would be cool if they continued the anime i fell it could do well as one of those long 50+ series.
