Mabinogi Setup 66R won't run.

The G11 update wouldn't install properly so a friend of mine suggested I uninstall and reinstall mabinogi.

So, i installed the setup program from the website, but whenever I try to run it it never runs. It never reacts in the slightest; my computer just endlessly plays the whole loading spin thing on the mouse cursor but nothing ever happens. What's the cause of this?

Do you have write permissions to C:\Nexon?
If you don't know/don't know how to check, have you tried installing on an administrator account?
